The City of Murray has the safety, security, and health of our citizens and customers as our top priorities. Our in-person emergency services will continue to be provided.

Our facilities will open as of May 18, 2020, yet for your safety and the safety of our employees, we ask that you allow us to continue to provide services to you by phone, e-mail, drive-thru, night drop box, or this website.

For payments, when possible, please continue to use the drive-thru that is accessible from the City Hall entrance off 5th Street or make payments by:

If you do come into our facilities, please know:

  • If you are sick, we ask that you do not enter our facilities.
  • Our employees will be wearing masks and we ask that you wear a mask if you must conduct business inside a city facility (if you do not have a mask, one will be provided).
  • Our lobbies will be different:
    • Hand sanitizing stations will be at the main door.
    • Customers will be required to follow social distancing if waiting in line.
    • Visitors to facilities should not congregate in groups and may need to wait outside if the area has reached the maximum allowed capacity.
