The portion of South 8th Street between Elm Street and Vine Street will be closed to through traffic beginning 07:00AM Oct 1 2025. The closure, for the construction of a new bridge/box culvert, is estimated to take approx. 90 days, weather permitting. Offices & parking lots will remain accessible.

Transfer Station Notice: The Transfer Station is operational, but the phones at the site are currently offline. The lines will be restored as soon as possible.
